This package is designed to make your wedding lead up process effortless. Working with one of our WPIC Certified Coordinators will ease your stress and take over planning management the month before your wedding to ensure you can feel supported.

Through personalized timeline refinement and thorough preparation, you can relax knowing your wedding day will flow seamlessly — from the very first look to the final farewell. Our role is to handle every behind-the-scenes detail so you can be fully present, enjoying each moment without worry.

On the day itself, we work hand in hand with your venue coordinator and manage your vendors, ensuring everything and everyone comes together flawlessly. And should any surprises arise, our team is there to resolve them with professionalism and ease.

Key Highlights of this service include:

• Provides a wedding detail form to identify key wedding details

• Consultations with coordinator to discuss plan & expectations

• Guidance on refining your wedding day timeline

• Facilitation of the ceremony rehearsal in person or virtually

• Coordination coverage up to 8 hours on the wedding day

• A dedicated assistant to the Coordinator for 4 hours day-of

• Coordinating event flow & timeline execution

• Acting as a liaison during the event between all wedding vendors

• Equipped with a fully stocked emergency kit
