This package is designed to make your wedding lead up process effortless. Working with one of our WPIC Certified Coordinators will ease your stress and take over planning management the month before your wedding to ensure you can feel supported.

Through personalized timeline refinement and thorough preparation, you can relax knowing your wedding day will flow seamlessly — from the very first look to the final farewell. Our role is to handle every behind-the-scenes detail so you can be fully present, enjoying each moment without worry.

On the day itself, we work hand in hand with your venue coordinator and manage your vendors, ensuring everything and everyone comes together flawlessly. And should any surprises arise, our team is there to resolve them with professionalism and ease.

NOTE: Wedding Coordination Service is only offered as an add on to our decor service.

Our Coordinator will support your journey through:

• Introductory meeting with coordinator to discuss wedding details

• Month-of consultation to ensure wedding preparedness

• Guidance with refining the wedding day timeline

• Facilitation of the ceremony rehearsal

• Day of coordination coverage up to 10 hours

• Additional day-of coverage available for purchase hourly

• Wedding day management of all hired vendors

• Assisting the couple as needed throughout the day
